The number one rule at Timberline is have fun and enjoy your
stay!
Failure to abide by this rule may result in expulsion from the resort
All guests must be in a mood to have fun and should not discourage others
from doing the same.
Dress or undress is optional. However, no
clothing is allowed in the pool or hot tub.
No glass items are permitted in the pool or hot tub areas.
Liquor Policy: We sell Beer and Wine based drinks. Personal alcohol is
permitted for consumption in your rented area. No personal alcohol is
permitted in any other areas unless you bring it in to the bartender and he
serves it to you. Our bartender will be happy to provide set-ups from
your personal alcohol for a small charge.
A zero tolerance drug policy will be in effect.
All visitors and guests must register at the office upon entering the park.
Pets are welcome but are limited to two per guest. Pets must be on a leash
or inside your vehicle, camper, tent or RV at all times. Owners must provide
proof that pets have received all necessary vaccinations. No vicious breeds
are permitted. All pet litter must be picked up, or a fine of $25.00 will be
imposed. We do not allow pets of any kind in the lodge or cabins, or in the
playground, beach or pool, restroom or other common areas. We reserve the
right to ask anyone to leave if they fail to abide by the pet rules.
Campsites are for one 1 tent, camper or RV only. A maximum of
2 adults will
be allowed on each site. Additional persons will be charged $5.00 each.
Motorcycles are welcome. We only ask that you respect the other guests and
ride quietly.
A
5 MPH speed limit will be enforced.
Bicycles and golf carts must remain on the roadways.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per site. Others must park in the
designated guest parking areas.
The washing of RV or campers is not permitted.
Radios and televisions need to be at a volume that does not disturb
neighbors.
All vehicles must have a valid
registration tags.
Check in at the lodge, cabins and campsites must occur by 6:00pm weekdays,
and 8:00pm on weekends, holidays and during special events. Check out is
always by 11:00.
Smoking
is not permitted in the lodge or cabins. No smoking is permitted while in
the pool or hot tub. Please help us keep the area clean by smoking only in
designated areas and by depositing your butts in approved containers or
ashtrays.
Trails
are for the use of all. To reduce the hazard of fire, we do not allow
smoking or motorized vehicles on any trail.
Daily membership guest must leave at 6pm
Pool
rules must be strictly adhered to and are posted by the pool and hot tub
area. Use of both are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.
Campfires
are permitted only in the camper/RV area and must be in approved stoves or
fireplaces. No fires are allowed in the tent areas unless approved by
management.
Firewood
is sold in the office and no cutting of trees, alive or dead, will be
permitted. You may bring your own firewood.
No
fireworks are allowed.
No firearms are allowed
All
sewage and gray water must be dumped in approved areas. No dumping on the
ground.
Pool
and hot tub use is limited to the hours of 7:00 am to midnight.
The
lake is for the enjoyment of all visitors. Fishing is allowed without a
license. No motorized boats, gas or electric, will be allowed on the lake.
Swimming in the lake is discouraged and at your own risk. There is no
lifeguard.
Timberline
Resort is private property and management reserves the right to refuse
entrance to anyone. Management reserves the right to ask those who cannot
follow the rules to leave immediately, with no refunds of any kind including
day fees, membership fees and lodging fees.
All
garbage must be placed in plastic bags and secured properly. Guests must
take all garbage to a dumpster. Do not place garbage outside. No dumping of
appliances or furniture will be permitted on the grounds.
Do
not litter!
Offensive
behavior will not be tolerated. Please respect the rights of others who may
not use offensive language.
You
are responsible for any damage you may cause to any part of the park.
Alcohol
use will be permitted, but intoxication will not be tolerated. If you feel
someone with you has had enough, please escort them to their lodging or off
the grounds if they are not staying overnight.
No
cameras or recording devices are permitted to be used in any area where
another guest might be photographed. Use common sense. Photography must
receive permission from management.
Showers
with soap are required before entering pool or hot tub for the safety and
health of all.
LIABILITY
AGREEMENT: All visitors agree to hold harmless the management and its
employees from any injury that may be sustained while on the property. You
agree to hold the management, owners, members and employees harmless for any
damage sustained to your vehicle, camper or other personal property that is
on the premises, whether temporary or permanent, from any incident,
including but not limited to, fire and water damage or damage from falling
trees or any portion thereof.
Entrance
to the park is limited to those who are 21 and over.
Exceptions
or changes to these rules and regulations can be made at any time by
management without prior notice.
“No”
means “NO”!
Respect your fellow guests.
Sexual
activity is not permitted in any common or public areas. Please take these
activities back into your private lodging area. NO EXCEPTIONS!
“ABSOLUTELY” no cell phones allowed at the pool or any common areas! Please limit your cell phone use to your private lodging/camping area. Phones being used in common areas will be confiscated and held until your visit is over. Violation of this rule twice will be grounds for your permanent expulsion from the resort. The privacy and safety of our guests is MOST IMPORTANT to us at Timberline.
