The Number One rule at Timberline and if broken
will mean immediate expulsion:
1. HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR STAY!
All guests must be in
a mood to have fun so that they don’t discourage it from other guests.
Dress or undress is
optional, however no clothing is allowed in the pool or hot tub.
NO glass items
permitted in the pool/hot tub area.
Activities that
infringe upon the rights of others are forbidden.
A zero tolerance DRUG
policy will be in effect.
Registration: All
visitors and guests must register at the office upon entering the
park.
Pets are limited to
two per guest, must be on a leash with the owner at the other end or inside
your vehicle, camper, tent or RV at all times. No vicious breeds are
permitted. All pet litter must be picked up or a fine of $25.00 will be
imposed. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if they fail to abide
by the pet rules. We do not allow pets of any kind in any building,
restrooms, playground, beach or pool area. To make it plain keep them within
your own area and away from all common areas. If barking dogs become a
nuisance you will be ask to leave without refunds. A current record of
vaccinations must be on file in the office. No exceptions.
Campsites are for one
(1) tent, camper or RV only. A maximum of (2) adults will be allowed on each
site. Additional persons will be charged five dollars ($ 5.00) per person.
Motorcycles are
welcome we ask you to ride quietly.
SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH.
Bicycles and golf
carts need to remain on the roadways only.
Parking is limited to
one vehicle per site; others park in guest parking areas.
NO washing of RV or
campers is permitted.
Radios and TV’s need
to be at a volume so as not to disturb neighbors.
All vehicles must have
a valid ID tag.
Check in/out times for
the lodge, cabins and campsites shall be check in by 6pm. If you are unable
to check in at this time call the office to make arrangements for late check
ins (no extra charge). Check out for all is 11am. Again NO PETS are allowed
in any cabins or lodge areas.
Smoking is not
permitted in any Lodge or inside our cabins. No smoking is permitted while
in the pool or hot tub. Please help us keep the area clean by depositing
your butts [Tobacco] in approved containers or ashtrays.
Trails are for the use
of all however we do not allow smoking or motorized vehicles on any trail to
cut down on fire hazards.
POOL RULES must be
strictly adhered to and are posted by the pool and hot tub area. Use of both
are at you own risk. No lifeguard will be present.
Campfires are
permitted only in the Camper/RV area and must be in approved stoves or
fireplaces. No fires allowed in the Tent areas unless approved by
management.
Firewood is sold in
the office and no cutting of tress alive or dead will be permitted. No
outside wood is permitted
NO
fireworks allowed.
All sewage and gray
water must be dumped in approved areas. No dumping on the grounds.
Lake is for the
enjoyment of all visitors, fishing is allowed without a license. No
motorized boats will be allowed on the lake gas or electric. Swimming in the
lake is discouraged and at your own risk. No lifeguard will be present.
Timberline Resort is
private property and management reserves the right to refuse entrance to
anyone and the right to ask those who cannot follow the rules or deemed
“trouble makers” to leave immediately with no refunds of any kind due them
including day fees, membership fees and lodging fees.
All garbage must be
placed in plastic bags and secured properly. Take all garbage to dumpster.
Do not sit garbage outside. No dumping of appliances or furniture will be
permitted on the grounds.
Littering is a “No No”
so don’t do it! (Cigarette buts are considered litter. Please put them in
approved receptacles)
Bad behavior will not
be tolerated. If you are offensive to your neighbor it is considered bad
behavior. Please respect the rights of others who may not use offensive
language.
You are responsible
for any damage you may cause to any part of the park. This includes sewer
and electric. You will be chargedfor all damages.
Contact office if you need assistants
Alcohol use will be
permitted however drunkenness will not be tolerated. If you feel yourself or
someone with you has “Had Enough” please escort them to their lodging to
sleep it off
Absolutely NO
cameras or recording devices are allowed to be used in any area where
another guest might be photographed. We cannot police whether or not your
phone takes pictures or not so all cell phones are banned. If you are caught
with a camera/cell phone it will be confiscated until your stay is over and
if you break this policy twice (2) you will be ask not to come back to
Timberline ever. Use common sense. Use
is by permission only from the Management.
Showers with soap are
required before entering pool or hot tub for the safety and health of all.
LIABILITY
AGREEMENT: All visitors agree to
hold harmless the management and it’s employees from any bodily injury that
may be sustained while on the property. You agree to hold the
management/owners/members and employees harmless for any damage sustained to
your vehicle, camper or other personal property that is there whether
temporary or permanent from any incident including but not limited to fire
and water damage or damage from falling trees or any portion thereof.
A
credit card guarantee is required to make charges to your account for your
stay or we do except cash. By signing below you will be responsible for all
charges to your account. You agree to have your on file Credit Card charged
for all charges. Accounts must be paid for upon Check Out. If you are a
cash customer please pay account as you order or day fees and lodging when
you check in. Annual Members must reconcile account every week. Rents are
due every month or can be paid yearly.
Entrance to the park
is limited to those adults over the age of 21.
“No” means “NO”.
Respect your fellow guest.
There is no sexual
activity permitted in common areas or in any public areas. It must be taken
into the Play Rooms or your private lodging area. No exceptions
