Day Fees Without Permanent Membership:
Ground Fees are the same no matter what time of the day you arrive, please do not ask for a discount.
SUNDAY - THURSDAY: Couple, Single Female $25.00 per day
FRIDAY & SATURDAY: Couple, Single Female $40.00 per day
Single Males see below.
During Holidays and Special Events an additional fee will be charged for Couples and Single Females and Single Males.
Fees will vary depending on Event.
 

REQUIRED:

1. Towels for sitting on as well as for use in the common areas (snack bar, pool, hot tub, etc.)

2. On your first visit (NO EXCEPTIONS) you must fill out all applications and sign rules and policy form.

3. On your fist visit supply a valid Drivers License or state issued photo ID card.

4. All grounds fees must be paid for before you begin your stay for the day (NO EXCEPTIONS).

5. All annual memberships must be paid in full at time of purchase.

6. All charges (lodging, snack bar, boutique, etc.) must be settled before leaving the grounds.

7. Follow all rules and policies (See Rules and Policy form).

8. Any time you sponsor a guest you are fully accountable and responsible for that guest’s actions. Inappropriate behavior can void your membership.

9. Be respectful and courteous at all times.

SINGLE MALE FEES:
Sunday - Thursday $40.00 per day
Friday - Saturday $75.00 (subject to availability)

SINGLE MALES: Must follow these RESTRICTIONS
On your first visit:

1. Complete the membership application.

2. Sign the Rules and Policy Form.

3. Supply a valid Drivers License or state issued photo ID card.

4. You must pay the Daily Membership Fee (see "rates" above).

5. You must be sponsored by a Couple that has a membership in good standing.

6. Your sponsoring Couple must be with you or know who you are with at all times.

7. In order for you to attend the PLAYHOUSE (coming in Sept.) you must be accompanied by a female or couple.

8. You must follow the same rules as everyone else and remain respectful & courteous at all times.

(Just a note fellows: If you are unable to meet ladies at a night club then you probably can’t here either. Our Ladies are just that.....Ladies!
 

SINGLE MALE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:
You must visit as a daily member three (3) times.
Yearly Membership fee $1500. However, your first three (3) visits will be credited to your new annual membership.
All Memberships must be paid in full at time of purchase.
 

RV Rates:
Prices include up to 2 adults. Each additional adult is $5.00 per night.
Nightly:
Full hookup (water, electric and sewer) 30 amp service: $35.00 per night
Full hookup (water, electric and sewer) 50 amp service: $37.50 per night
Water/electric only: $32.50 per night
Weekly:
30 amp: $175.00 (each additional day is $10.00)
50 amp: $185.00 (each additional day is $12.00)
12 month rental if paid by the month:
30 amp: $225.00
50 amp: $250.00
Short term by the monthly:
30 amp: $275.00
50 amp: $300.00
Yearly:
30 amp: $2400.00

Tent Camping:
Prices include up to 2 adults. Each additional adult is $5.00 per night.

Camp Cabins/Chalets:
2 Adults per cabin: $69.00-$79.00 per night. (some cabins can sleep 4)
Late checkout is available for an additional fee of $10.00 per couple.
This is primitive lodging. Equipped with Full beds, & Refrigerators.
Bedding is provided. You need to bring Towels and Toiletries.

Lodge Rooms:
$89.00 – $125.00 per night 2 Adults.
Limited amount of rooms will sleep 4.

Late checkout is available (up to 3:00pm) for an additional cost of $10.00 per couple.

**NOTE: All guests staying with you for the day or for the night in your lodging must pay grounds fees and $5.00 extra per person for the nights stay. They must register as soon as they enter the park.

• Guests staying Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are eligible for a 40% discount.
   

• Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am.
   

• All accounts must be settled before 12:00pm on the day you leave.
   

• We accept cash, Visa and Master Card only.  We do not accept checks.
   

• All lodging, camp, food, beverage, day fees or store charges must be settled weekly before leaving the grounds. Failure to do so could mean revocation of your membership rights.
   

• Monthly or yearly campsite charges are due by the 1st of each month to avoid a late charge and/or removal of your camper/RV from your site.
   

• Ice and firewood are available at the lodge office.
   

• No buildings, outside storage, outside refrigerators, clotheslines or other unsightly structures or items are permitted. Decks must be approved by management before being located on your lot.
   

• Decks must be enclosed by lattice or approved skirting.
   

• All stain or paint color must be approved by management.
   

• No storage is allowed under your trailer.
   

• We encourage landscaping of your lot.
